Such a great project to make! This was a tutorial I purchased and followed. It is my first time working with clay (beak and claws) – baked in my toaster oven! It is also my first time using beeswax (feathers). The feathers were fun but kind of a pain in the behind at the same time. Silk fibers were everywhere!
The rooster is made of a wire armature covered in wool and silk. The longer feathers have a wire support. The eyes are made of glass. As mentioned above, the beak and claws are clay. The fibers are all merino wool and silk.
If purchased on backorder expect at least one month to six weeks for production. Each item is unique and will look slightly different from the images included.
